Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with us by email and send your item(s) back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

RECEIVING YOUR RMA

If you wish to make a return or exchange, simply send us an email stating your intention and your order number and we will get back to you with all the instructions, documents, and guidelines on how to do it.

ARRANGING A FREE COLLECTION

Once you have received your RMA number, simply send back your item(s) using our free collection service. According to our instructions and using all the necessary documents we have provided you. We recommend that items are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. This ensures that your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us promptly. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. Should you need more information, please contact customer care.

EXCHANGES

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. Simply send us an email stating your intention and your order number and we will get back to you with all the instructions, documents, and guidelines on how to do it. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, either credit card or PayPal account, or as store credit to your NEHERA account, if you wish so. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through NEHERA if the delivery parity chosen has been DDU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of NEHERA and may only be refunded as a store credit.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all NEHERA garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

It doesn't matter whether you've tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold, i.e. clean and in perfect shape, not damaged, not used.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Please email customercare@nehera.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without NEHERA tags.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.

Shoes

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact customercare@nehera.com.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on NEHERA. However, as computer monitors vary, especially desktop office nongraphic screens, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our shipping partner to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means.
